Yamaha Officially Releases the New YZF-R25

The presence of the latest version of the Yamaha YZF-R25 clearly makes many people curious because this motorcycle has not had any significant changes since facelift in 2019.

Well, apparently in the 2022 version, there are some changes in specifications even though they are relatively minor.

Yamaha still maintains the same body design, the most obvious difference is the use of LED front and rear turn signals.

This new model from Yamaha is like that of the Yamaha MT-25, replacing the turn signal bulb used previously.

If you look for other differences, it can be seen that the design cover the right clutch tub of the 2022 version of the YZF-R25 has changed in shape.

However, the clutch housing system used is still of the conventional type, not yet assist slipper clutch like the YZF-R15 for example.

Regarding technical specifications, the engine is still a two-cylinder 250 cc DOHC 8-valve liquid-cooled engine.

It has an engine compression of 11.6:1, producing a power of 34.8 dk @ 12,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 23 Nm @ 10,000 rpm.

Unfortunately, the latest version of the Yamaha YZF-R25 is not yet available in Indonesia, but in several foreign markets such as Japan.

Already equipped with an ABS brake system, the price of the 2022 version of the Yamaha YZF-R25 is released at the equivalent of 70.5 million rupiah in the country.
