One way to save money on fuel is to consistently use mass transportation.
In line with that, PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) extends the service operating time to 24 hours starting September 12, 2022.
The policy is implemented to serve people who are still on the move until late at night.
As quoted from GridOto.com, Anang Rizkani Noor, Head of Corporate Secretary Division of Transjakarta, said that the 24-hour service every day is valid in 13 corridors.
"Hopefully this additional service time will help the community when fuel prices rise," he said.
Anang explained, with the extension of this operational time, the regular Transjakarta hours will operate from 05.00-22.00.
Then continued with the Night Transportation (Amari) service from 22.00-05.00.
In addition to the fleet, to support this 24-hour operational service, PT Transjakarta also ensures that officers at bus stops and buses are adjusted.
"We urge customers to remain vigilant and careful traveling at night," Anang concluded.
