Recently, a video of a Suzuki Ertiga that got stuck on the border of Mojorayung Forest and Termulus Forest, Wungu District, Madiun Regency, East Java, was circulated.
Investigating, this incident occurred because the Suzuki Ertiga owner, whose name is unknown, followed the directions from the Google Maps application.
Based on a video uploaded by Facebook account Dwi Cahyo Gunawan in the SUZUKI ERTIGA COMMUNITY group, it can be seen that the black Ertiga fell into a ravine on its left side.
To make matters even more confusing, the road on which the Suzuki Ertiga is traveling seems to be impassable for cars due to its narrow and unpaved width.
Even the video recorder mentioned that only off-road vehicles could pass.
"This is what can enter is an off-road type vehicle, thank you for the report," said the video recorder uploaded by Facebook account Dwi Cahyo Gunawan.
Launching from Tribunmadura.comAfter further investigation, it was found that there were three passengers in the Suzuki Ertiga with license plate S 1587 XH.
Khoriul Hadi, Muhammad Zidan Hikmahtya, and Yopi departed from Mojokerto Regency to Bantengan Village, Madiun, on Sunday (29/05/2022).
The three of them stopped by Madiun City first before continuing their journey to Bantengan Village to meet the wife of one of the passengers.
"From Madiun City to Bantengan Village using Google Maps," said Wungu Police Chief, AKP Agung Darmawan, as quoted by Indonesia News Agency. Tribunmadura.com, Sunday (05/29/2022).
Then from Madiun City, the three of them were directed through the path into Mojorayung Forest and Termulus Forest.
After a few kilometers onto an unpaved dirt road, the Suzuki Ertiga they were riding suddenly fell to the left side of the road.
Unfortunately, when this incident occurred, the Ertiga they were using was almost out of fuel.
Finding no other solution, they decided to call the fire department for help and evacuation.
"From the condition of the passengers themselves, they were indeed semi-conscious (under the influence of alcohol)," Agung continued.
Fortunately, there was an off-road car community nearby that was willing to help evacuate the victims.
Finally, the Suzuki Ertiga was known to return to the highway at 12:15 pm.
By the officers, the Ertiga was secured first to the Wungu Police Station along with the three passengers for questioning.
Based on Agung's assessment, the road they took could indeed take him to the location in question.
It's just that the road cannot be accessed by car or bus.
