Recently, Royal Enfield (RE) held the Royal Enfield One Ride event in Indonesia, on Sunday (27/9/2021). This big event is part of a global event that is held annually in various countries. The event titled One Ride 2021 is the 10th edition and is held simultaneously in 35 countries, with strict implementation of all Covid-19 protocols in each country concerned.
One Ride invites motorcycle enthusiasts and RE riders around the world to come and ride to celebrate camaraderie while raising social issues. Vimal Sumbly, Business Head of RE Asia Pacific market, said, One Ride is not just about marquee rideBut it is the spirit of motorcycling with the community that continues to grow.
"We are confident that this year, we will make One Ride even more successful with our loyal community and shared passion for riding," he said in an official release from Royal Enfield, Monday (27/9/2021).
In Thailand, RE organized food distribution events for the underprivileged in Wat Sangwet and Pakkret, as well as orphanages for children with disabilities in Bangkok and Nonthaburi province. In Australia, RE worked with Food Bank Australia to distribute more than 8,000 food packages. It then created a positive driving activity about a relevant local issue.
