Waiting for the 2022 Thailand MotoGP at the Buriram circuit, Francesco Bagnaia reveals his feelings.
We need to know that it looks like Francesco Bagnaia is looking at the 2022 Thailand MotoGP as a turnaround series.
Obviously, Francesco Bagnaia expects the 2022 Thailand MotoGP Race Results to be different from the results he got in the Japanese MotoGP last week.
As quoted from GridOto.comWhen at Motegi, Francesco Bagnaia aka Pecco Bagnaia had to swallow a bitter pill because he fell at Turn 3 and did not earn points for the 2022 MotoGP Standings.
In fact, Pecco Bagnaia's point difference with Fabio Quartararo, the top of the 2022 MotoGP standings, widened again.
Previously, the point gap in the 2022 MotoGP Standings was only 10 points between Pecco Bagnaia and Fabio Quartararo, so now it is 18 points.
Therefore, the Ducati Lenovo rider has set his sights on the Buriram circuit this week (30/9-02/10).
"I'm happy to be back racing in Thailand. The atmosphere here is always great, and there will definitely be a lot of fans supporting us," Bagnaia said from the official Ducati Corse statement.
"After a week from the Japanese Grand Prix, getting back on track will help me forget last Sunday's race once and for all," Bagnaia added.
Indeed, when he fell at Turn 3 of the Motegi circuit, Bagnaia clapped his hands immediately after waking up.
It was meant to encourage him not to make any more fatal mistakes in the next series.
"This weekend we can follow a normal work schedule, because unlike Motegi, the schedule will be back to normal," Bagnaia said.
Indeed, in the Japanese series, the schedule was somewhat unusual due to the number of free practices being cut due to several things.
From the logistics delivery difficulties that affected the team's preparation, to the stormy weather that occurred on Saturday and caused the absence of the third free practice session, aka FP3.
For Buriram, aka the 2022 Thailand MotoGP this time, the schedule will be staged normally from the first free practice session on Friday.
"We will work hard from Friday to try to be ready for race day, which will probably be held in wet conditions," Bagnai promised.
"I am determined to do well and not make any more mistakes," concluded Jack Miller's teammate.
Indeed, somewhat different from Jack Miller, in MotoGP 2022 Pecco is a bit limping when competing in wet race conditions.
Even when he competed in MotoGP Indonesia 2022 last March, he was made helpless.
Likewise when he had to do the 2022 Japanese MotoGP qualifying session last week.
Pecco Bagnaia was so helpless on the wet track that he had to start from 12th position in the racing session.
Now, with the weather predicted to be rainy at the Buriram circuit, can Bagnaia turn things around?
