Usually, under the program, taxpayers only need to pay off the principal of the outstanding Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB).
Meanwhile, the late fee will be waived or does not need to be paid by taxpayers.

1. Jambi
The vehicle tax bleaching in Jambi was opened on January 6, 2023 and lasted until April 6, 2023.
Quoted from the Jambi Samsat website, the bleaching program provided is in the form of principal tax discounts and free PKB fines.
The Jambi Provincial Government also provides relief in the form of principal exemptions and fines for Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees (BBNKB).
For vehicles that have been dead for 2-15 years and above, only two years of tax arrears will be required.
2. Aceh
The vehicle tax bleaching in Aceh was initially held from January 2, 2023 to February 28, 2023, but was extended again until April 30, 2023.
From the information on Samsat Aceh's Instagram account, in this program, taxpayers are exempted from PKB, Progressive Tax, and 2nd BBNKB fines.
In addition, for people with tax arrears of more than three years, they are only required to pay taxes for three years, while the fine is waived.
3. Riau
The Riau Provincial Government held a tax bleaching program entitled "7 Blessings of Regional Taxes".

- Administrative sanction relief or motor vehicle tax fines to 2 percent.
4. West Kalimantan
Finally, West Kalimantan Province held a vehicle tax bleaching from February 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023.
Based on information on the Pontianak Samsat Instagram account, the government provides 5 reliefs to taxpayers in the form of:
- Exemption from PKB fines
- Second BBNKB fine waiver
- Free second BBNKB
- 25 percent discount for fourth year tax arrears
- 40 percent discount for tax arrears of the fifth year or more.
