Charles Leclerc Apparently Has a Yamaha Scorpio

One of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team drivers, Charles Leclerc, has a favorite modified motorcycle that he bought on the island of Bali, Indonesia.

Motor custom style scrambler Charles Leclerc bought it during a vacation on the island of Bali in 2018.

There's a special reason behind Charles Leclerc getting a motorcycle custom based Yamaha Scorpio.

The story began when Charles Leclerc invited those closest to him on vacation in Bali.

The vacation was an expression of gratitude for Charles Leclerc, who in 2018 was able to make his debut as a regular driver in Formula 1.

Arriving on Bali Island, Leclerc rented a custom motorcycle that he would use during his vacation there.

In fact, Leclerc was caught refueling the motorcycle at a retail gasoline seller.

However, after a few days of traveling together on the island of Bali, Leclerc fell in love with the custom motorcycle.

Leclerc thought about it and finally decided to buy the bike to bring it back to his home in Monaco.

"I have one motorcycle, custom, I bought it in Bali, when I was on vacation with my good friends," Leclerc was quoted as saying. GridOto.com.

"We rented it on the spot and I wanted to bring it back to Monte Carlo, despite the difficulties of registering it there," he explains.

From its specifications and shape, the scrambler is actually not that special compared to others.

What Leclerc wants, however, are the memories, as a vacation in Bali with friends on the bike provided some of the fondest memories of his life.

"Because of the memories in it. I had just entered F1 and I decided to take all my close friends on vacation, for the first time outside Europe. We had a great time," he explains.
