
In the near future, Pertamina will soon implement new rules regarding how to purchase Pertalite and diesel fuel using the MyPertamina application.
As of July 1, 2022, Pertamina requires all owners of 4-wheeled vehicles to register their vehicles as consumers of pertalite or subsidized diesel fuel.
Vehicle owners can register their vehicles through the MyPertamina application or through the official website. subsiditepat.mypertamina.id.
As quoted from TribunNews, The trial of purchasing Pertalite and diesel using MyPertamina will initially apply in 11 areas spread across 5 provinces in Indonesia.
11 List of Areas that will Conduct Initial Trial of Pertalite and Solar Fuel Distribution Using My Pertamina Application:
1. Bukit Tinggi City
2. Agam district
3. Padang Panjang City
4. Kab. Tanah Datar
5. Banjarmasin City
6. Bandung City
7. Tasikmalaya City
8. Kab. Ciamis
9. Manado City
10. Yogyakarta City
11. Sukabumi City
How to Register a Vehicle on My Pertamina App:
- Prepare the required documents, namely: KTP, STNK, Vehicle Photo, and other supporting documents
- Open the website subsiditepat.mypertamina.id
- Check the information on understanding the requirements
- Click register now
- Follow the instructions on the website
- Wait for data matching for a maximum of 7 working days at the registered email address, or check the registration status on the website regularly.
- If confirmed, download the QR code and save it for transactions at Pertamina gas stations.
This MyPertamina system will match user data digitally.
If the vehicle has been registered and the data has been confirmed, the user is entitled to the subsidized fuel.
The new rules are expected to be implemented properly, in order to meet the needs of the entire community.
The distribution of subsidized fuel is regulated by Presidential Regulation No. 191/2014 and BPH Migas Decree No. 4/2020.
That way, Pertamina can match the data and recognize who the Pertalite and Solar consumers are so that in the future, it can be a reference in making programs or policies related to energy subsidies.
