For some people, the following action is quite reckless, a young man practiced the driver's license practice exam alone until nighttime in the courtyard of the Gresik Traffic Police, East Java on Friday (3/18/2022).
The young man is known as Andrian (19) who is a resident of Tlogopojok Village, Gresik.
After being traced, it turned out that Andrian was desperate to practice driving his motorbike on the SIM C exam track at night for up to 16 laps in order to pass the SIM practical exam.
Gresik Police Chief, AKBP Mochamad Nur Azis, gave an award in the form of a driver's license because of the persistence of the driver who wanted to learn by himself for many times.
As quoted from Surya.co.idAKBP Mochamad Nur Azis directly saw Andrian while practicing in the yard of Satlantas Gresik Police.
Mochamad Nur Azis through Baur SIM Satpas Polres Gresik Aiptu Jailani said that Andrian was very enthusiastic about practicing alone.
"Yesterday night the Chief of Police saw it for himself, then he was rewarded with a driver's license after 16 times of training on his own," said Jailani.
Jailani hopes that Andrian's spirit of never giving up and willing to try can be emulated by the younger generation.
"Instead of being idle playing tiktok and others, it's better to practice here until the afternoon or evening, we are here anyway," he said.
On the other hand, Andrian admitted that he chose to learn the practice by himself from 5:18 pm until night.
"Suddenly I was visited by the police chief, then I was told to try one more time and I was able to do it," said Andrian.
Andrian explained that he immediately received an award from the Police Chief tomorrow to get a driver's license.
"I feel happy, touched, I want to cry when I get home, thank you Mr. Gresik Police Chief, AKBP Mochamad Nur Azis," he said.
