The flagship rider of the Ducati Lenovo team, Pecco Bagnaia, won the 2022 British MotoGP at the Silverstone Circuit on Sunday (7/8/2022).
By becoming the winner of the 2022 British MotoGP, Pecco Bagnaia managed to take victory back to back as well as his fourth win in the last seven series.
Throughout the race, Pecco Bagnaia received a lot of pressure from several rider before it can become the winner of the 2022 British MotoGP.
Including one of them from Maverick Vinales, who actually also performed outstandingly in the last five laps of the 2022 British MotoGP.
Vinales, who appeared spartan, finally had to settle for the second podium after having some problems with the front tire of his bike.
Even so, a second podium is very satisfying for Aprilia and Vinales, who in the previous series in Assen also managed to get on the podium.
The final podium was secured by Jack Miller, whose performance was up and down throughout the 20-lap race.
One that did not go unnoticed was the action of Enea Bastianini, who suddenly went into a trance in the last seven laps of the 2022 British MotoGP.
Bastianini was able to pass several riders with great ease, suddenly finishing in fourth place.
What makes Bestia smile even wider is that he also managed to beat Jorge Martin, who is his rival for the Ducati factory team seat.
Meanwhile the 2021 MotoGP champion, Fabio Quartararo, had to settle for finishing in eighth position in this tough race.
Having been very fast in the early laps, Quartararo's race flow changed drastically once he went through the long lap penalty on lap four.
After long lap penalty El Diablo had a hard time fighting with the other riders despite keeping his distance in the first 10 laps.
On the other hand, it's too bad for pole sitterJohann Zarco, whose performance was quite consistent throughout the weekend.
Having successfully led the race in the first few laps, Johann Zarco experienced crash at Turn 8 of Silverstone during lap 5.
